He's since traveled the globe, trained thousands of bartenders, consulted for high-end hotels and cocktail bars, and produced training films seen by professionals across North America.

Described as equal parts chef, juggler, and magician — Dean brings heart, humour, and genuine showmanship to everything he does. We couldn't think of a better person to stand up there with Sean and Allison and make this moment truly unforgettable.
